When you have a disaster on your hands and you have to have someone to trust each step of the way you can trust Jon Pruitt and the team at Addison Riley. I met the team of Addison Riley on a litigation case where they were retained by an insurance company to inspect the damages to a property from Hurricane Sally. I was there for the group that represented the insured. Jon and Chris came to inspect the damages and showed complete respect and care to not only me, but the insured's home. Later I found out that they work for insureds and insurance companies for expert witness and appraisal. This is extremely rare, as most experts and appraisers only work for either insureds or insurance companies. Rarely do you find someone that is not only willing to work both sides, but is respected in the industry enough for insurance companies to continue to use them when they are hired by them and are also retained against them. I appreciate the fact that they care for everyone whether retained by them or against them. It is a pleasure to see them on cases when there is a dispute. You can trust what they are doing and saying. On top of that, the clients settled their case soon after the Addison Riley reinspection was completed. Definitely looking forward to working around them in the future. When a carrier sends an expert out on a re-inspection you never know what your gonna get. I have been involved in this type work for 15 years. I have seen all kinds of "experts". Many were aloof, rude, poorly trained and equipped. Thanks guys at last a level playing field.
